We place commercial debt with a variety of lenders including local, community, regional and national banks, capital market lenders, life insurance companies and specialty lenders. Our clients include real estate developers, investors and operating companies owning their real estate. We are experienced in underwriting, structuring and negotiating construction loans for all classes of commercial real estate. Once we have underwritten, structured and supported our loan presentation, we simultaneously reach out to multiple lenders for preliminary discussions of interest.
