TicketOne is leader in Italy in its own industry with several millions of tickets sold through its multi-channel platform. Its customer base includes all the most important music promoters as well as, in the sport market the Italian Tennis Federation, the Italian Rugby Federation, 23 football teams playing in both A, B and LegaPro division, and the Italian racetracks where every year Formula 1, MotoGP and Superbike competitions are held. The customer base includes also the most famous theatres (both traditional and entertainment), musicals, cabarets, family shows, summer theatre and opera festivals together with exhibitions and museum circuits – basically managed through the subsidiary TOSC. Since 2007, TicketOne has become part of a European circuit led by the German company CTS Eventim (listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange) with the perspective of both further expand its foreign customer base and promote also abroad the Italian events sold. Furthermore, the CTS Group brings a strong technological and commercial boost, thanks to the continuous improvement on the IT systems and to the launch of innovative services for both promoters and final consumers. TicketOne’s distribution channels are: internet web sites, call centres, nationwide outlet retails. TicketOne is based in Milano and Rome and has approximately 120 employees.
