The Institution of Engineering and Technology is a world-renowned organization bringing together skill, resources and scientific ideas on a common platform facilitating advancement in the field of technology and science. The IET On Campus, BIT Mesra is actively involved in inculcating a passion for innovation and appreciation for scientific temperament in the minds of those who have the potential to change the future. IET's uniqueness lies in the fact that despite being a technical club, it gives one an opportunity to enhance his/her social as well as managerial skills. We conduct seminars and workshops throughout the academic calendar striving to impart relevant skills to the students. We play an integral role in planning and organizing various events in the techno-cultural fests of the institute: Pantheon and Bitotsav and East India'a Largest Hackathon: Hackabit. Apart from this, we strive to invite eminent personalities to conduct lectures for the benefit of the club members also keeping the doors open for others interested, as it strongly believes that the spirit of knowledge and the willingness to learn should know no bounds. We are a bunch of tech enthusiasts who are passionate about learning new technologies and at the same time imparting our knowledge to the students through workshops. The sole purpose of our existence is to bring smiles to the faces of students by letting their learning curve grow exponentially and turning them into more confident and technically sound individuals.
