CoKaiDo is a company that was created by two enthusiasts of the best practices in software development to help companies reach the highest standards. After many years working with big companies, we realized that one of the most challenging problems they are facing is hiring high-level software engineers. Seniors are expensive and have low engagement and juniors require too much attention and have a low conversion rate. To help with this, we prepare the new generations of software engineers to assimilate and internalize what are considered best practices in software development. We start with a team of junior software engineers very carefully selected and include them in a 12 weeks bootcamp that will convert them in a cohesive and high-performance team. This relieves companies from dedicating resources, ensures quality and standardizes the level and baseline for their software engineers. The methodology we use is based on the Apprenticeship program: the relation between Senpai (master) and Kohai (apprentice). The Senpai will guide the Kohai through a path of learning by doing, understanding and assimilating of knowledge to set the foundations of the best practices in IT Engineering.
