Est. 1994 - we develop and support our own time, project, activity and resource costing solutions. We're the most established in the UK local government sector with over 100 Local Government departments throughout the UK using Profess, as well as many private and third sector organisations. Profess Time Manager is scalable suiting all kinds of enterprise in all sizes, from 5 to 500 and beyond. That includes property, technical services, IT, Legal, HR, architectural, highways, place and environmental. In 2014 we launched our Profess Roads Cost Manager aimed at highways, roads maintenance and street lighting settings with the support of a range of councils working collaboratively in a working group to develop innovation in software tools and workflow and processes, and share funding. We also provide tailored development both to our standard Profess-branded products and entirely stand alone projects like Gemco's UKAS-accredited gas/smoke emissions test equipment lab software. We are based 7 miles west of Gloucester, at the north west tip of the Forest of Dean. In 2017 Pillar added to its 20 year history by becoming Employee Owned. We're now members of the Employee Ownership Association alongside the likes of Arup Global, Mott McDonald and the John Lewis Partnership. We're also ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliant.
