Established in 2011, the firm specializes in air quality permitting and compliance; stormwater management and training; strategic regulatory planning; sustainability management and plans; California and federal greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory, reporting, and assessments; and California Air Resources Board (CARB) Diesel Program compliance. MSHC’s staff has 22 years of experience in providing air quality permitting and compliance support to the Department of the Navy, other Department of Defense (DoD) facilities, and the private industry. Previously, MSHC’s Owner and Principal Engineer, Massie Hatch, PE, CPP, served as Program Manager on five air quality compliance contracts with the U.S. Navy.
