Second Helpings is a nonprofit 501 (C) (3) agency that rescues food and delivers food to over 57 local food pantries in Beaufort, Jasper, and Hampton counties. We provide the equivalent of 48,000 meals weekly. We do this with 340 volunteers and one full-time staff person. We have nine refrigerated trucks and our food donors include most major grocery stores committed to preventing food waste through food rescue.
