Since 1990, we have successfully delivered over 116 projects across a wide range of thematic areas. The business was first established in 1990 as a sole proprietorship, HT Consultants. It was converted into a partnership firm called Enterprise for Business and Development Management (EBDM) in 2007 and incorporated as a private limited company in 2013 under its new name 'Dech', which is a combination of the words Development and Technology.
