At Avenue, participants can: _Be part of small work teams empowered to engage in meaningful and supported work tasks, directly contributing to the team’s revenue, which is then shared among all participants. _ Build an individualised social calendar accessing events and activities in the broader community, when, how and with whom they want. _ Reach learning and professional goals supported by a Learning Coordinator and an individual skill plan. Avenue is a social enterprise empowered by Fighting Chance. Fighting Chance designs, builds and scales social enterprises which move the dial for Australians with disability and their family.
