Covey (author of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Principle-Centered Leadership), where I co-authored "Principle-Centered Organizational Change", a training and consulting framework that promotes large scale organizational change. The framework uses facilitated change projects as a development incubator for leadership and management, while improving systems. It addresses both "hard" side and "soft" side issues, up and down the organization. Organizational change is institutionalized through leadership, management, and employee development. And supported with the automation of work processes. Specialties: The use of 4th generation digital transformation tools to organize and automate work as a process. Embedding institutional knowledge and best practices in the automated work steps so it is available at the point and time needed by front line workers.
