The Oxford University Alternative Dispute Resolution Society is a student-run society dedicated to the promotion of Alternative Dispute Resolution and career support for students interested in ADR-related work. By exposing students to top arbitrators, mediators and negotiators through workshops, speaker events and socials, we hope to inspire more students to discover the world of ADR and the many opportunities it provides. We aim to help students develop practical skills through workshops, competitions, and bootcamps that are organised by experts and experienced students.
