Aliança Atlântica Ativos, SICAFI, S.A., incorporated in 2019, has Adriparte Gest, S.A. as the main shareholder, a family office that until 2007 held 50% of the sharecapital of MonteAdriano SGPS, a group with its core business in construction and public works (turnover that year of 280 million euros). Holding investments in other business areas, it's in construction and real estate that Adriparte has its DNA. Its directors and main shareholders combine more than 35 years of experience on average in that sector, either in management, engineering or financial. In recent years, Adriparte has focused an important part of its activity in real estate development in Brazil, having successfully challenged qualified investors there to set up a joint venture for the development of real estate projects in Portugal.
