MPP embraces three fields of work: - The GPD Framework, conceived to support the management of development projects. It incorporates the process of project inception and design, highlights the importance of project governance and communication and focuses on the monitoring of changes and impacts. - The web based management support tool Sisaag (www.sisaag.com.br), designed to improve social and organizational development projects. Sisaag is grounded on the GPD Framework and uses the New Logical Framework as its center-line. - The facilitation of development projects which implies complex processes of transformation, and have impacts on people and organizations.
