The mission of NCHEC is to enhance the professional practice of Health Education by promoting and sustaining a credentialed body of Health Education Specialists. NCHEC is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of competence in the health education workforce through the administration of the Certified and Master-certified Health Education Specialist, CHES®, and MCHES® examinations to verify competency in the health education and promotion profession. NCHEC is recruiting NCHEC Ambassadors to help promote the certifications in health education and health promotion academic programs.
