It would seem that David Small was born to design homes, both his Father and Grandfather were builders and developers, specializing in single family homes. Growing up with such a “heritage of housing” ignited his passion for the business. He started David Small Designs in 1996 as a one-man, home based operation. Today it’s a collaborative team of 25 individuals committed to providing exceptional service and passionate about creating beautiful, functional custom family homes. Design Matters.
