MOXY OID is an innovative, late-stage start-up company entering the commercialization stage based on its CERLOS material technology. MOXY currently has the capability to make CERLOS material at the lab scale, is nearing completion of a pilot scale facility, and is in the planning stage for a full scale manufacturing plant. MOXY OID has developed a proprietary, environmentally friendly and sustainable building material that outperforms commonly used wood, composites and fiber cement products by turning natural agricultural or forestry waste into a new material called CERLOS. MOXY's proprietary manufacturing process does not emit any significant amounts of CO2 and uses only a small percentage of the energy of rival solutions. Unlike other materials, CERLOS is truly all-weather ready. It features class A fire rating with mold, mildew, termite, rodent, and UV resistance. It remains dimensionally stable when wet or in humid climates.
