The TRAINOR Center, located in Natick, Mass., specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Under the direction of Dr. Kathleen Trainor, our experienced mental health professionals primarily treat young people and work with families, helping them manage and overcome a broad range of anxiety disorders and mental health issues. The Center is open daily and has evening and weekend hours.
