We are passionate about Jordan. We all grew up surrounded by the spectacular desert vistas and ancient histories of countless civilisations. We took our first holidays by the azure waters of Aqaba and we enjoy nothing more than spendinga weekend at the mesmerizing Dead Sea. We were raised drinking coffee flavoured with cardamom, smelling the spices in our mothers’ kitchens, and learning from our grandfathers about the importance of sharing what we have.
