On March 9, 2016, Osmose Communications was sold by its parent company, Osmose Utilities Services, to SQUAN. This acquisition allows SQUAN to provide unique services to the wireless, wireline, cable, and enterprise markets. Over the next few months, the OCS brand will transition to SQUAN Transport Services.
