Clients are guided to the offerings best suited for them through The U's exclusive Prescribed Fitness approach, which specializes in custom programs based on an individual's lifestyle, health history and goals. In addition to interactive classes and an extensive On Demand library, private training, athletic training, "tune up" services (i.e. mobility work), and Age Smarter options are all available virtually, and in-person services can be enjoyed at The U's flagship location based in Stamford, CT.
