There is no membership fee and meetings are free to attend. Our objectives are: -To develop & share personnel selection procedures. -To provide a forum for the review of professional & legal selection issues. -To assist member jurisdictions in maintaining professional personnel selection standards & in complying with legal requirements & guidelines. -To promote the principles of merit selection & equal employment opportunities. -To improve communication among member jurisdictions & with other regional assessment groups. OUR VALUES Expertise Our goal is to apply the professional development provided by WRIPAC in our organizations in order to become credible & useful communicators and advocates of effective assessment principles and practices. Collaboration We strive to build relationships through partnering and networking with HR professional organizations to continually increase productivity and identify best practices in an environment that encourages teamwork and inclusiveness. Innovation We value & promote innovative, creative, & practical methods to developing & using employee assessment & selection systems that solve strategic staffing problems to meet evolving organizational objectives. Learning We endeavor to create a stimulating environment conducive to networking, sharing, & developing best assessment practices that comply with legal requirements while maximizing organizational effectiveness.
