I am a natural leader when it comes to making decisions and establishing action. Trough assured nature and overall -view of properties, I know that there are limitations to my personal knowledge and when I must call upon in- or out- sourced expertise to reach major standardized solutions. Working with deadlines is natural to me and I love challenges.
