Divorce in a Day was inspired by two Northern Kentucky divorce lawyers, Stephanie Dietz and Ruth Jackson. Divorce is often messy, prolonged and costly but in many cases it doesn't need to be. With that in mind, Ruth and Stephanie developed a streamlined process for couples who had some agreements, but needed assistance in formulating options and turning outcomes into properly drafted and filed divorce paperwork. The Divorce in a Day process would reduce the duplicative fees of litigation and replace them with a single flat fee, saving divorcing couples tens of thousands of dollars.
