Schussmeisters Ski Club is a student run not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing inexpensive skiing to the University at Buffalo community, as well as all college students in the Buffalo community. The club was founded in 1960 and provides a comprehensive ski experience with a 7 day a week ski pass and frequent social events. Schussmeisters is operated by six student members of the Board of Directors, a faculty staff advisor and an office manager. The board employs seasonal staff to run bussing to and from the resorts, and has a volunteer office staff of approximately 25 students.
