Liberty Disposal was founded in 1989 by the Brigance family with one truck, originally serving the Baltimore-Washington DC area. They opened Sea Coast Disposal in 1997 to respond to hurricane disaster clean up. In 2003 The sole focus of Sea Coast became government refuse and recycling contracts successfully performing on several million dollars in contracts in different states. In 2014, they added Arizona Hometown in Tucson to serve commercial customers. Today the companies have all merged into one, Liberty Disposal. Serving commercial and residential customers in 6 different states.
