Consulting and solution expertise in the European network Engineering ITS GmbH was established in the summer of 2016 as a strategic partnership between the largest Italian IT service provider, Engineering SpA, which is based in Rome, and the Stuttgart-based FNet AG. Their common goal is to expand their consulting and solution expertise on the German market. In particular, in the area of IT solutions and IT services for banking, manufacturing and healthcare as well as in the telecommunications sector. In their respective markets the partners and their subsidiaries have recognised expertise, a good reputation and a high profile customer base, both at home and abroad. With approx. 300 employees nationwide offer highly-skilled management and IT consultancy as well as IT services with a focus on the digital transformation and managed services sectors. Furthermore, the focus is set on expanding and developing SAP services, CRM and cloud computing services. The founding partners not only share common goals, but they are also connected by their shared roots and values. Both see themselves as traditional, medium-sized companies that are owner-run and self-financed. Together they will pursue their ambitious growth plans in order to continue to sustainably expand the company and so that they are an attractive provider to customers on the German market.
