When I started my company in July 2015, I had the idea of using the word candor in its name. Unfortunately, my idea was already used by quite some other companies. That's how Serge Huybrechts BVBA was born in July. Early 2016 (thanks to my friends at wegrafics) I came up with WeCandor. So very quickly I registered WeCandor as commercial name for my consulting activities. And here we are... My goal is improvement. Be it processes, operations, management or any other subject with room for improvement, I'm here to help you make it work better. My way of working is candor. I want to help my customers in challenging their status quo with direct, open, honest and constructive communication. In return, I expect them to challenge me the same way. Because if we can't tell each other the truth, we will not progress. So here we go, a new beginning within a new beginning. The journey already ongoing, the road open.
