Lisa's Bon Appétit a family owned company with it's corporate catering headquarters located in Torrance, CA and 2 additional cafés in Torrance, CA and El Segundo, CA. Lisa's catering department offers a variety of services including pick-up, delivery and full serve event coordination. Founder, Lisa Eriksen opened the first location in Torrance off of Vista Montana and Pacific Coast Highway. This is where our legacy of amazing recipes including the popular chinese chicken salad all started. What started as a quaint little café & catering company which has blossomed into what is now known by the Daily Breeze as the Best Caterer in the South Bay. In 1991, Lisa retired leaving her thriving endeavor to her daughter, Susanne Alexander. Susanne, has her own gift of entertaining with style & pazazz. Her health conscious lifestyle is always seeking out the best ingredients and healthy alternatives for her business. She has expanded the business substantially since moving to the location in the Madison Park Shopping Center. She has utilized the creativity and dedication of the same chef's for the past 8-10 years that has lent to the success of the business. However, the greatest vehicle of success is the devoted customers.
