Sydney Scorpions are a touch football regional representative permit that compete in the peak domestic tournaments run by NSW Touch & Touch Football Australia. Formed in 1997, Scorpions annually take part in the National Touch League (Open & Seniors) and Junior Regional (U12/14/16/18's) events. These tournaments are not only the pinnacle of Australian domestic competitions, but are also primary selection events for state and national representative teams. The 2018/19 representative season been yet another successful period for Scorpions, again taking out the NTL Golden Boot Champion Permit and our 10th successive Junior Regional Champion Permit. Sydney Scorpions for eight of the past nine years running have held both the National Touch League and Junior Regional Champion Permit titles, making our permit the most successful region in Australia. Additionally over the past three years Scorpions has been awarded the NSWTA Region of the Year. Sydney Scorpions are aligned to the NRL Touch Premiership Manly Sea Eagles.
