MOSAIC serves the unspoken needs of our nation's warriors. While guiding leadership trainings in the SOF community, we noticed an unaddressed need for development in resiliency and recovery. Our weekend retreats train warriors how to recover from overwhelming stress, successfully navigate transition and find purpose beyond the uniform. Our team of veteran facilitators combine physical exercise, mindfulness workshops, psychological resilience education and energy healing experiences to help participants balance their mind, body and soul. Participants leave our retreats feeling relaxed, grounded and inspired to move forward with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
