We provide awareness tools and meditation training to help you access and experience an authentic connection to your true self. Life Foundations provides one-on-one coaching, group workshops and meditation classes. We work with individuals, leadership teams, CEOs, entrepreneurs, , non-profits, local schools, and young adults in high school and college.
