Sage Commercial Ventures, LLC invests in strategic commercial real estate projects focused on “value-add” adaptive reuse, income production, and ground-up development projects in the retail, office, and mixed-use space. The company was officially organized in 2018 but principals have been transacting in projects over the last ten years. We take an integrative top-down approach. Each investment is not only scrutinized for potential revenue generation and free cash flow for passive income, but also focused on mitigating risk by placing heavy emphasis on asset exit strategy, choosing products in favorable locations, and ensuring strong tenant leases. We have also formed relationships with numerous banking institutions which allows us to negotiate favorable loan terms, a critical component to project success.
