The Board of Directors comprises Guy Graham, Richard Martinson and Paul Jennings and between them, they have built strong relationships with some of the biggest names in UK development including British Land, Capital & Regional, Delancey and Land Securities. Guy has also worked closely with University of Oxford Estates Services and various Oxford Colleges providing project and programme management advice. Padstone is not a multi-disciplinary consultancy and our clients value our independence from the other project disciplines within the project structure.
