VP Capital is an AFS-licensed wholesale fund manager. It currently manages VP Capital Fund I, which has a broad mandate to invest in listed equities, public market transactions (such as capital raisings and underwriting), private companies and pre-IPOs among other opportunities. The fund’s principal focus is on Australian investment opportunities, but also undertakes occasional investments in other jurisdictions. The fund has generated ~17% net IRR since inception in February 2018. From time to time, VP Capital also leads or licenses syndicated investments or special purpose funds into unique opportunities that the founders believe exhibit asymmetric risk-reward attributes.
