Agrarian Commodity Exchange - is the single national commodity exchange in Ukraine. Established in 2005, it provides equal conditions for all participants of exchange trading and promotes development of the commodity derivatives. The purpose of creating Agrarian Commodity Exchange is the development of commodity market, reducing the amount of resellers and facilitating transparent price formation in commodity market. Over the years Agrarian Commodity Exchange hold leading positions in trading agricultural commodities in Ukraine. Agrarian Commodity Exchange provides: Spot and forward contracts; Maximum simplification of searching sales market and suppliers of goods; Transparency of market price formation; Freedom for brokerage activities (members of agrarian exchange became more than 50 brokerage companies); Free and qualified consultations by specialists of trading and legal department on market situation, procedures, conclusion of contracts, resolving disputes and other issues relating to stock trading; Organization of government purchasing of agricultural goods. Agrarian Commodity Exchange is developing a modern electronic trading system for the Ukrainian market. Based on the exchange, Clearing House will be established to ensure and guarantee execution of the contracts. This will make exchange trading more secure and understandable to market participants.
