Ruffin's Pet Centres is a Canadian owned and operated pet store franchise with 14 locations (and counting!) across Southern Ontario. Ruffin's Pet Centres hopped into the franchise scene in 1985 with a second location in Grimsby, Ontario to accompany the store in Dunnville, Ontario. Both stores are still operated under the Ruffin's banner today.
