Stubbs & Perdue, P.A., was founded by Trawick H. “Buzzy” Stubbs, Jr. on July 1, 1971. The firm originated as a general practice with an emphasis on criminal law, bankruptcy, and the federal courts, but expanded to become a full service law firm. The firm maintains offices in Raleigh and New Bern; however Stubbs & Perdue represents clients from all over Eastern North Carolina and beyond, and our attorneys are licensed to practice before all of the North Carolina state and federal courts, the U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Supreme Court.
