Since 1982, Bay Colony Railroad (BCLR) has served the rail freight needs of Southeastern Massachusetts, operating in two, 286 rated, rail lines: Millis and North Dartmouth. Our connection to the national rail system via CSXT, allows for efficient supply chain management. In addition to moving freight for our customers, Bay Colony also performs AAR-certified repairs on rolling stock and contract track construction projects for other railroads.
