Since 2001, DataChem has been owned and operated by Cliff and Karen Goede. Their mission is dedicated to helping the customer achieve his or her professional certification. DataChem Software rebranded itself in June 2016 with a new logo, new website and offering the certification preparation programs online, as a download or on a CD.
