We work with farmers and farm loan officers as they discuss adverse loan decisions and explore options that may qualify farmers for loan assistance. We also work with farmers and USDA agents as they discuss adverse eligibility decisions on Wetland Determinations, Conservation Reserve Programs, Crop Disaster Assistance Programs, Environmental Quality Incentive Programs, and other programs Our work also includes homeowners with rural housing loans and loan officers to discuss options to avoid loan acceleration and foreclosure. In mediation an impartial individual facilitates communications between parties in an effort to help the parties reach agreement. The mediator is not a judge and cannot impose a solution on the parties.
