Sun E Mates mission to combat porch theft started in January 2019. With the rise of COVID-19, the founders (Fitzroy Bennett & Gary Alston) recognized the added risk of package contamination in the delivery process. To improve contact-free deliveries, Sun E Mates integrated UV-C technology into their original parcel delivery receptacle. What started as a solution to porch theft has also become the solution for preventing the spread of disease through package delivery.
