It is an initiative of a group of Mexican investors, with the support of the Ministry of development economic sustainable of Guanajuato´s Government. Parque Central Guanajuato offers in one place the infrastructure and services demanded by the users of external trade and world class manufacturing companies. The development covers 63 hectares distributed in 23 batches, of which 21 are intended for the sale of industrial land, development of projects BUILT TO SUIT and income from speculative industrial buildings of 1,000 m2 and 1,500 m2. Parque Central Guanajuato meets the highest standards of world class in the project, the construction and the quality of the infrastructure, to facilitate the implementation and extension of public services networks.
