Steel fabrication yard was founded in 1992 as a division of OOO "LUKOIL-Kaliningradmorneft", since 2012 Kliver is an independant, privetly held legal entity. The unique geographical location allows to produce and ship bulky steel structures to any destination in the world directly from the yard. Modern equipment, own engineering and design departments, highly experienced staff enable to manufacture steel structures of any complexity.
