A Vision of Health is a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing diseases by offering free classes that teach simple exercise and nutrition tips. In the past we have offered programs and free mammograms to increase breast cancer awareness. Currently, we are focused on the prevention of type 2 diabetes by promoting regular exercise and increasing intake of nutritional foods.
