www.garlospies.com.auOUR HISTORY Garlo’s Pies is a old proudly Australian owned and operated family business established by brothers Sean, Terry and Nathan Garlick. The name "Garlo's" actually comes from the nickname of the family owners, Sean, Nathan and Terry "Garlo" Garlick. Garlo's Pies started out as a small suburban pie shop located in Maroubra in the South Eastern suburbs of Sydney, with Nathan as Head Pastry Chef and with Sean, having retired from playing professional Rugby League for both the South Sydney Rabbitohs (www.rabbitohs.com.au) and the Sydney Roosters (www.roosters.com.au) rugby league clubs managing the business. EXPANSION Garlo’s Pies has recently moved into a brand new purpose built, state of the art food production facility located at 518 Garema Circuit, Kingsgrove, Sydney. The new facility is currently producing 60,000 quality pies, sausage rolls, muffins and other savoury products daily to service the Coles, Woolworths, IGA, Costco and 300+ foodservice customers across NSW and QLD. Garlo’s also export to 9 countries around the globe, including Hong Kong, New Zealand and Japan. OUR DIFFERENCE Our pies are 200g in size compared to 175g of our wholesale competitors. Garlo's bake a deliciously golden flaky pastry on top with all our pastry prepared fresh onsite using quality ingredients. The bottom of our pies is rolled extra thin, and a filling which is bursting with flavour. Garlo’s pride themselves on being “Thin on Pastry and BIG on Meat”. CERTIFICATION & EXPORT Garlo's Pies is HACCP and SQF accredited for your safety. Garlo’s also have a range of Kosher and Halal pies.
