The McMullin Area Groundwater Sustainability Agency (MAGSA) is leading the way to sustainable groundwater management, ensuring long-term success for the farms and communities it serves. MAGSA was formed in response to the California law Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). SGMA provides a framework for local governments and water agencies to sustainably manage groundwater resources.
