Welcome, The Wellness LifeStylist, LLC is a multi-faceted platform consisting of retreats, private and public speaking, training engagements, seminars and private one-on-one mentoring, created for the purpose of assisting people who are in search of a higher understanding of themselves; their health, their life, their relationships, their true-self, and their journey in life. All facets of the platform are about higher understanding, awakening, transcending restrictive barriers, healing, and transformation. The teachings strive to provide deeper insight and clarity that helps people to end the repetitive cycle of having a run-away life, or a life that they just feel trapped in. The teachings reveal why this repetitive cycle and the associated emotions; suffering, and health challenges exist, and then allows for discovery of what is needed for innate healing on all levels to occur. The core of the retreats and seminar teachings lies in assisting people in discovering their true-being, which provides them further empowerment as they journey the path to their true-state-of being and higher purpose. The teachings are about awakening; the expansion of consciousness, understanding what causes the disruption of consciousness, and understanding how the body holds trauma, both personal and collective. The platform is about helping in the journey of having the courage to transcend one’s past-story and the restrictive barriers that have been embedded in them through conditioning.
