Verstas Architects is a Helsinki-based architecture practice founded in 2004 by four architects, Väinö Nikkilä, Jussi Palva, Riina Palva and Ilkka Salminen. Numerous competition winning designs and successfully accomplished major works have established Verstas as one of the leading offices in Finland. The name Verstas (Finnish for workshop) reflects the values essential to us. With close, interactive group work, we generate tailor-made and unique design solutions that best serve the client, the user and the objectives of the project.
