The mission of the YCL is to provide a sustainable platform for Calgary’s Young Construction Leaders to build their careers through developing relationships, exchanging ideas and creating community through social, educational and outreach initiatives. The Young Construction Leaders Committee is made up of individuals aged 35 and under that have a vested interest in volunteering and contributing their expertise to the construction community.
