And has an experience of over a decade in fitness industry by which he introduced the gym with Exer-Science (Exercise with scientific concepts) which has made best place to learn proper technique for Strength Training, Fat-Loss Not Weight-Loss, and Body weight techniques for Strength, Performance and Resilience.
